Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the project manager cost manager to complete cost management, bidding and purchasing management, information system entry, data sorting, data collection and analysis.

2. Prepare project budget and final accounts management methods, track and review the construction budget and settlement of the project;

3. Participate in the feasibility study of the investment project and the calculation and demonstration of the target cost at each stage, cooperate with the tracking, management, and review of the target cost at each stage of the project, and participate in the preparation and review of the project contract plan;

4. Count and edit the settlement data reported by each project, and carry out inspection and guidance of project pre-settlement work;

5. Participate in the compilation, summary and reporting of relevant statistical reports of the department;

6. Participate in the audit of the company's budget and final accounts management, and cooperate with the company's related work;

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in cost, engineering management, and civil engineering;

2. Master the fixed budget, be familiar with policies and regulations, understand the market cost and on-site construction process;

3. Ability to use cost measurement and pricing software.
