Description of position:
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's standard to receive visiting customers and call customers in the field, and promote the transaction;
2. Collect customer information and feedback;
3. Handle customer subscription, signing and loan procedures;
4. Coordinate the bank to urge the loan;
5. From the first contact with the customer to the customer's delivery and check-in, we provide customers with full-cycle consulting services;
6. Expand the resources of potential customers.
Work requirements:
1. 25-35 years old, good appearance and good temperament;
2. Good communication skills, good at listening, able to fully tap customer needs;
3. Jiangyan natives or living in Jiangyan for more than 3 years, priority;
4. More than 2 years of real estate sales experience, priority;
5. A college degree or above is preferred.
