Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the water and electricity installation management of the project department, including the engineering management of strong electricity, weak electricity, water supply and drainage, ventilation, equipment, and installation;

2. Responsible for the installation of water, electricity and equipment, and coordinate with the design institute, construction unit, supervision company, and relevant professional acceptance departments;

3. Review the entry plan of materials and equipment prepared by the construction unit, and track and supervise the implementation of the plan;

4. Responsible for participating in the qualification and price limit work of water, electricity, equipment installation related materials and equipment in accordance with the contract and regulations;

5. Responsible for on-site management of the progress, quality, safety and civilized work of the project's hydropower and equipment installation projects;

6. Responsible for on-site management of design changes involving hydropower and equipment installation;

 

Job requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 3-5 years of experience in management of hydropower installation projects in real estate development enterprises, and rich experience in project site management;

3. Familiar with professional construction drawings, installation engineering construction technical specifications and the basic flow of real estate development and construction;

4. Familiar with and use office software and CAD drawing software;

5. Good communication and coordination skills, execution and organization and management skills, strong work planning and responsibility, strong cost awareness, teamwork and professionalism, and can withstand work pressure.
